So far so good. I’m a disabled veteran & can’t do the things I used to be able to do. Meneires disease is horrible. It’s basically vertigo on steroids that never goes away. I get very dizzy walking & looking down while cleaning up after my dogs. The service is reasonably priced & helps me out immensely.Just an FYI, I RARELY IF EVER give a 5 star rating on anything. A 5 star rating assumes perfection with no room for improvement. That’s impossible when it comes to human beings. Still a very good service though & they only bill once a service has been completed the way it should be.

I booked online with the company Thursday, scheduled my first cleanup for Monday. Received a phone call and a text to give me instructions, what to expect, etc... a very friendly lady was here Monday morning! The yard was completely free of dog waste! She was very friendly and professional and took time to meet the producers of said waste! I have them scheduled for every other week now!!

This service travels a long way to service my yard. They have a friendly crew and customer service. I however have had a service increase because they say my dogs have too much waste which I thought based on there pricing procedure wasn't fair. (It almost was like a bait and switch i felt )They may need to reevaluate their billing procedure from by dog to by breed or size of dog.

You are correct about the pricing procedures and that is something we are looking into to improve. Our current pricing only takes into account the number of dogs on the property and not the amount of waste they produce, so occasionally we have to do assessments on site for the time needed to clean. We appreciate your feedback and we want all our customers to be satisfied with the services they receive.
