I have been using their service for 6 years now.These guys come regularly on schedule, do a neat job and leave. Their customer service is also very responsive and it is a breeze if you want to make any changes to the schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a poop free yard

We have used Poop 911 for about a year. We love using Poop 911. They do a great job and it is one less thing to worry about. They are good about responding to changes in our schedule and accommodating our lawn service schedule.

Have used them for close to 3 years. They have sent out several associates (as is to be expected in this business), but they have all done a very good job keeping the yard clean. Highly recommend.

We used Poop911 to pick up the poop in our big backyard for two large dogs and for a week worth of poop! Michael arrived on time, sent me a notice before he arrived and most importantly did a very thorough job! I highly recommend this business!

We started using Poop911 after I saw their car at our neighbors house and an injury was preventing getting all the dog poop picked up consistently. They love our rambunctious lab when he’s accidentally let out when they come. And they help keep our back yard poop free! I love that they alert us that they are on their way so we know to keep an eye on our dog. Highly recommend their services as they are fair and reasonable!

Great people... When there is to much snow they'll wait and come right out after the snow melts to get ya cought up.. great communication. and very good with the dogs and i have 2 big scary dogs

I don’t know where to go to create a second review or if that’s even possible - but again, this company proves to be just as great as they have been. Professional, kind, and their customer service is the best! I know my yard sucks, and sometimes the grass is long, but they still don’t hate me and keep showing up every week…just have to say thank you!!This company set me up with an appt two days after my inquiry. I appreciated this so much!!! I had called a couple other business that told me they couldn’t get anyone out til next week. Not only did they come out immediately, they show great communication and are extra friendly and kind! They were extremely THOROUGH, upfront about the job, what was possible in the first visit, their scope of service, and he was in and out in about 30 minutes with 2-3 garbage bags full of poop and pine needles and weeds. This business is legit, and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I live in the Boise area and have been using their service for several years. The winters here can be very unpredictable with snow/ice making it difficult for Mike and his staff to be consistent on a weekly basis, but I can always count on them getting the job done and with perfection. Poop 911 is very dependable. They text us when they arrive to make sure the dog is inside. (per our request) A couple of times we needed to change the day that we had scheduled, and they were very accommodating. We highly recommend Poop 911!

**UPDATE** So it’s been 4 years since my last review, we’ve had some changes with our pets, our first boxer passed away and we have a couple more now, and we are still using Poop911. We still love them. I get a text before they come so we can put our little schnauzer in the office so he doesn’t go crazy. The person who has been cleaning our yard is thorough and zigzags as they go to make sure they get everything, and it doesn’t take them too long, either. Once they are done, the yard gets mowed and it looks great!We’ve been using this service for almost 2 years now. We have 2 dogs- a miniature schnauzer (little poops) and a boxer (big poops). We pay $15 a week for Poop 911 to come pick up the yard, and we think it’s absolutely worth it. I’d forego getting a latte at my favorite coffee shop to giving up this service. They come every week on the same day of the week, and we have them come on Thursday because it’s garbage day, so the poop goes right into the trash on the curb. We then mow the yard poop-free and the yard looks beautiful for the weekend. When they’ve needed to change their schedule, they let us know ahead of time, and the payment comes out automatically so we don’t have to worry about sending a check or anything messy.

Michael is always very communicative, responsive and thorough. He does a great job. There was a single time an employee of his hadn’t gotten our entire yard, and he came out that same day to finish the job. He’s accountable and very easy to work with. In the winter I had a difficult time cleaning up my dog excrement, in my backyard, which would be frozen to the ground. Poop 911 is a wonderful and affordable solution!

Boise Poop911 has been cleaning my yard for over a year now. They are always prompt, always text me to let me know when they are coming, and should any issues arise, they let me know. I appreciate them doing this service because I sure as heck don’t want to! Super affordable, too. Would highly recommend.

I've been using this company for quite some time. They take pride in finding every nugget in my yard and oh how I appreciate it. I'm pretty sure they use Vapoorize to make it disappear.

I set everything up online and got a confirmation email very quickly. Original appointment was for last week but due to over scheduling they had to postpone a week. He did a pretty thorough job and I felt so bad that he had so much to pick up I had to give a tip. My doggos and I are looking forward to him returning and keeping the yard picked up.

This is one of the best decisions we've made. We are aging like people tend to do and with Poop 911 Boise, we never have to worry about our yard. With two dogs, it would get ugly quick. I'm sure our neighbors appreciate it as much as we do! It's really good value for not much money.
