The service is great, they did a great job. And were very friendly. My dog was confused why strangers were stealing her poo though. :DI deducted one star because they have no way to adjust the pricing based on volume. I have limited mobility, so cleaning up the yard is difficult and my dog does most of her pooing at daycare or on a walk. The technician was only picking up a max of 3 poos a week but I was paying the same as a yard that requires a lot more effort on average.

I love love love them. Always courteous and on time. My dog hates him...but I couldn't be happier! Always punctual!

I blew out my back. The yard suffered. Good first experience. I can't find anything after Ben was here. You need to to sign up for three months but first one free. Heck yeah . I'm in. Excellent work.

Sometimes it's embarrassing to tell people we pay to have someone clean up dog poop, but I tell you.. it is worth it. They are reliable, it's not that expensive, and it's one less thing for us to do. I cancelled the service at the beginning of winter, but after 2 weeks I signed right back up again.

Picking up dog poop doesn't sound like you need to be professional, but I fired another company. The people at Poop 911 show up when scheduled, are very responsive if there's a change and best of all - they are very thorough every time they come! I highly recommend their service.

My bulldog has a very active digestive system. The Poop 911 cleaner came in and cleaned up my back yard in a could of hours. We can walk there again. I highly recommend them.

They're great! I have two Irish Wolfhounds (150 pounds each) and a pit x shepherd, so, a lot of poop. We have 3/4 acre. I pay $30-35/week. It is almost always the same person who comes out, at about the same time. He has the code for the lock on our gate, and has never forgotten to lock up when he leaves. (I had a service that left the gate wide open and the dogs escaped.) If the dogs are out when he shows up, I don't have to worry about managing them. He handles them just fine. I think they've only had to cancel twice in almost a year. This is the best luxury I've ever gotten for myself! This company is steady and reliable.
