I love this service! It frees my time to do other things when I get home, and I can enjoy my two dogs without worrying about the cleanliness of my yard. This has been the best things I’ve done for myself as a pet owner and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Why is poop only picked up if is on the grass?? Why can't poop be picked up if it is visible elsewhere?

We used Poop 911 for the first time recently because our yard got out of hand while my husband and I quarantined during the pandemic. The first job was a very big job and I warned them about that but they were extremely understanding and a complete lifesaver. Someone showed up Friday morning and we didn't even know they were at the house and the yard looked spotless. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who loves their dogs but may have a medical condition or age related issues that affect their ability to always get the poop or people with crazy hectic lifestyles. They are a company that very obviously cares about the dogs, I couldn't ask for anything more.
